Booked a Suntransfers service from Lanzarote airport to our villa in Matagorda. Unfortunately due to bad weather and a subsequent diversion, we arrived 24 hours late, and our private car was not there to collect us. We therefore had to get a local taxi. We had found it difficult to contact customer service to advise them of the changes, although one would have thought that they could have worked out the change for themselves. In any event, after a little negotiation, we received a full refund.nnThe return trip however, was perfect! (Although I was expecting to be collected in a private car, when what turned up was only a local taxi. Something I could have called myself for a third of the price).
This might be a total fake. I payed a transfer and tried to cancel it weeks before. The website just has no cancelation button. No phone to call. No eMail response. BEWARE...nnEdit: I finally found a phone number with an Indian? desk. I actually got my money back. But it was hard. So no scam...but horrible cancellation.
MUST AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!This company is a hoax. We booked a transfer from Barcelona El Prat to the city, driver came 45 minutes later with no child seats ( as we prebooked). The driver then went to find car child seats, another 30 minutes wasted. Then the driver tried to persuade me to put the kids in the car with no proper child car seats. In total 1 hour and 30 minutes wasted for me and my family. An Absolutely useless customer service on the phone. The solution provided was 20% discount for my trouble. An absolute disgrace!!!!
They never picked us up u0026 was told they forgot to schedule the driver. I arranged for a pickup from CDG airport and take us to our hotel. Our flight was on time and we directly went to the meeting point. After waiting 15 minutes and seeing our driver, I called Sun Transfers. After they looked into the matter, I was called back about 15 minutes later. I was told they forgot to schedule a driver. They could send a driver but it would be at least 1 hour before the new driver would arrive. They suggested I take a taxi. We then had to wait in the taxi line for 20 minutes. I paid in advance and still haven't received a refund for the service I never received.
